By installing or using Gmail2Trello, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use Gmail2Trello. This document serves as both the End-User License Agreement (governing your rights to the source code and binaries) and the Terms of Service (governing your runtime use of Gmail2Trello). Source-code rights are defined by the MIT license, summarized under Acceptable Use below.
Gmail2Trello is a software product distributed by Applied Media. It runs in the environment described on this site and stores data only in locations you control (your own account properties, your own cloud storage, or your local machine, depending on the product).
Gmail2Trello is currently free. There is no charge to install or use it, no paid tier, and no usage-based fees.
Gmail2Trello and its source code, documentation, and assets are the property of Applied Media. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of Gmail2Trello's intellectual property. You retain full ownership of your own data; Gmail2Trello claims no rights to your content.
You agree not to:
Gmail2Trello is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Applied Media does not warrant that Gmail2Trello will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Applied Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Gmail2Trello, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. In no event will Applied Media's total liability exceed the amount you paid for Gmail2Trello in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Gmail2Trello at any time by uninstalling or ceasing to access it. Applied Media may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.
Applied Media may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Gmail2Trello after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
